Technology changes at a dizzying pace. New apps and web sites hit the real estate market seemingly every week. These apps and sites are cool and usually easy to use - especially while you are sitting in bed at 3 am and can't sleep - but they are no substitute for an experienced real estate agent. Free Apps for Homeowners

We LOVE apps. Yes, we are iPhone and Mac zealots, but most of these apps also work in Android phones. There are dozens of apps we use every day as Realtors and here are a few apps that are great for homeowners.
