Kay’s Favorites
Cafe 501
From a humble beginning as the “little lunch spot”, Cafe 501 is a great place for a healthy breakfast or Sunday brunch. The European-inspired cuisine not only tastes great, but looks divine.
My recommendations:
- 501 Salad – Mixed greens, seasoned pumpkin seeds, blue cheese crumbles, Granny Smith apples and lemon vinaigrette make this a tasty and healthy lunch.
- Portobello Mushroom & Chicken Sandwich – Fresh Spinach, red bell peppers, jasmine rice, onions, and ranch dressing.
- Black Bean Quesadilla – Sausage, scrambled eggs, green chiles, cheddar & monterey jack cheese, black beans, pico de gallo, and sour cream – perfect for sharing at Sunday brunch.
