When I become a Realtor I decided to become Quality Service Certified®. This means I attended extensive training to earn the certification, and committed in writing to provide my customers with consistently high quality service. I also agreed to be accountable to my customers throughout the selling process and to do everything I promised in the beginning, and to have an independent research firm survey each and every customer to evaluate my service. Those results are then posted to the public Internet so that future customers can evaluate my performance.
After attending training, each Quality Service Certified® Realtor provides a written guarantee of service to each customer up front, explaining the service they can expect from that Realtor. Once We agree that I will list your house, I will provide you with my quality service guarantee. This outlines how I will market your home and represent your property to prospective buyers.
