Home Flyer
The frst step is to create an attractive home flyer to showcase the features of your home in the best light. Rather than using a standard template like many realtors, we create a custom home flyer using our own branding and look, creating a high quality piece for your property. We print them internally and place them in our literature box in front of your home. We also give you plenty of copies to pass out to friends, families, at the gym, and other places. This way you become a partner in helping us find just the right buyer for your home.
In addition, you will find my other featured listings on the back of each home flyer. This means your home is seen by other buyers out looking homes and provides you additional exposure.
Web Site Listing
According to National Association of Realtors (NAR) most home buyers now begin their search for a new home on the Internet. There are a variety of places buyers look for homes. The local OKC MLS is available primarily to realtors, so if your home is only posted on the MLS you may not be getting maximimum exposure for your listing.
Not only do we post your home to the OKC Metro Multiple Listing System, where it can be seen by realtors all across central Oklahoma, we also post it at a number of other real estate sites both local and national.
