Along with a detailed flyer, we also create postcards that are used to sell your home. These professional postcards provide an overview of your home and can be mailed out to friends, family, acquaintances, and prospective buyers. If you provide an electronic list of your contacts we will take care of mailing these cards to this list. Often a home is sold to a friend of a friend that may not have known your home was on the market. In addition, we will send these out to the Kay Pratt mailing list of hundreds of potential buyers, as well as to other real estate agents in the metro area. |
