According to my friend and current President of the Edmond Board of Realtors, Brad Reeser, "Good Thing you're in Edmond" will be seen a lot in the coming weeks. It is the new slogan that the Edmond Board of Realtors will be using in conjunction with the Oklahoma Association of Realtor's advertising campaign.
There is great news about Oklahoma and particularly the Edmond real estate market for consumers. Many areas of the country have beeen suffering declines in real estate values but Oklahoma is actually appreciating. In fact, Oklahoma homes appreciated over 5% in 2007 according to msn.com
Edmond had a record breaking year in 2007. We had increases in both volume and units sold while the average price and median price were at their highest level ever.
