Office Space for Edmond in High Demand
Turner & Co. is making Edmond's largest, most sparkling contribution to Edmond office space with it's new high-polish 62,660 ft Fisher Hall set for completion this summer. Though still under contruction, it is already 80% leased. The office development located on the east of Boulevard just south of 33rd St. will be home for law firms, a civil engineering firm, a title company, mortgage company, real estate company and even the new corporate headquarters for Turner & Company.
Professional firms were desiring office space in Edmond but had no where to go unless they opted for a residential-style building. Edmond will now be an economic draw to larger corporations in need of presenting a high profile, polished image. Available space wont last long.

New Listing in Choctaw

Although I focus most of my efforts in Edmond, Deer Creek and north Oklahoma City, an increasing number of homeowners in other parts of the metro are are asking for our help in marketing their homes. Along with the normal homeowner flyers and yard signs, my team develops video tours, web site brochures, home marketing business cards and mailer postcards for our sellers.
My most recent listing is at 28 Sunset Hills in Choctaw. This elegant home has 3,739 sf of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is situated on a 1 acre wooded lot with a 20'x30' metal storage building. You can go to my web site and download a home flier, view a video tour, or download the video to your iPod.

KayPratt.com first Realtor with video iPod tour

KayPratt.com is one of the first REALTORs in the State of Oklahoma to offer video podcasts of my featured listing homes. These video podcast tours are available at www.kaypratt.com and are part of the listing package provided with each new home listed.
This new technology allows realtors and potential homebuyers to download a video of a listing and take it with them to show others and prepare for their home tour. They can view it on the high resolution iPod screen, or connect their video iPod to a TV for display in a larger format.

New Year's Eve at Bricktown

I remember when Bricktown was nothing more than a junkyard filled with rusted out cars and dilapidated buildings. Until the late 80's, it was simply the long-forgotten red-headed-stepchild of downtown commerce. It has become the crown jewel of the city! Within only minutes from Edmond, you're not far from a romantic walk along the canal, a fabulous dining experience or a happenin' party club!
Bricktown was the place to be for New Year's Eve festivities. If you were there, you celebrated with 65,000 of your closest friends! There were 14 different venues featuring all brands of music from blues rock to jazz. Performers included Oklahoma favorites Edgar Cruz, Pinkie & the Snakeshakers and Edmond Jazz Orchestra. The family friendly atmosphere has made Bricktown a great place to ring in the new year since 1987. A fantastic fireworks display illuminated the skies and capped off the evening at the final countdown.
