New Retail Space Openings in Edmond

Retail has been a very strong market in Edmond, and it is continuing to grow. Two new retail shopping centers are being built in the Edmond area to accommodate those in the mood for an enjoyable shopping experience. In fact, within the past five years, Edmond’s sales have increased 43% due to retail marketing alone. These two new shopping marketplaces are sure to attract newcomers from all over the area.
Fox Lake Plaza is located at I-35 and 15th St.. In the building stage, Fox Lake Plaza will house 415,000 sq. feet of available retail space along with out parcel space available. This 48-acre development will be the home of some very exciting attractions in the future. If you would like more information on this center, you can contact Don Hayes at (405) 843-5363.
Spring Creek Village is another new retail marketplace, located on the northwest corner of 15th St. and Bryant just across from the Spring Creek Plaza. In its finishing stages, Spring Creek Village is already the home of Fish City Grill, Louie’s, Ballangers Furniture, Bath Junkie, and even a brand-new Starbucks. With 62,000 sq. feet of retail space, this marketplace is still on the lookout for new tenants. For more information on this shopping center, contact Mark Inman at (405) 272-5326.
